Meet the Founder
Javier Castro
Founder, Emgram1010 · Logistics Veteran & AI Architect

I've spent 15+ years inside the machines that move the world — Home Depot, Vroom, Verizon Connect. I didn't just build these systems; I lived every breakdown, every frustrated dispatcher, every customer lost to silence. Emgram1010 is what I wished existed the whole time. I'm done watching great operators lose great customers to problems that AI can already fix.

Why I'm the right person to build this

I've spent 15+ years inside the machines that move the world — Home Depot, Vroom, Verizon Connect. I didn't just build these systems; I lived every breakdown, every frustrated dispatcher, every customer lost to silence. Now I embed with last mile operators and do what I wished someone had done for us — capture how the best people actually think, turn it into a living operational playbook, and make it run automatically. I'm not a consultant who leaves you a deck. I'm an operator who leaves you a system.

More recently I've gone deep on AI — deploying autonomous agents that compressed 3-month build cycles to 3 weeks, cut ticket resolution time by 65%, and eliminated hours of daily manual work. That's the muscle I'm bringing to Emgram1010. Not a PM who read about AI agents. A builder who has shipped them in production, on real operations, under real pressure. Emgram1010 exists because I kept running into the same gap — great operators losing great customers to problems that were already fixable. I'm done waiting for someone else to close it.

I lived the problem. I built the fix.
15 years of broken deliveries, burned-out dispatchers, and customers who disappeared in silence. I didn't wait for someone else to solve it. That's what founders do.
